Vegetarians, like myself, usually have to be a bit more careful with what we eat than the average person.
Vitamins like iron and protein are harder to come by in meat-free diets, though that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of sources out there. We just have to know where to look and how to get the most out of what we eat. (more…)

Vancouver Gets Friendly with its Food Trucks

The city of Vancouver is one of, if not the only, place in Canada where one can go and chow down at a roaming food vendor.
Known especially for it’s diversity of flavour filled ethnic recipes, the city has decided its time to host a couple of competitions to show their support for the vendors. (more…)
