What times are the meals delivered at?
For home deliveries, our sealed cooling containers are dropped off at your front door between midnight and 5:00am everyday! They will be waiting for you when you wake up... just like your morning newspaper!
For workplace deliveries, our meals are delivered to your office before 11:30am.
What happens if I sign up for a week & I want to stop the service before that?
If you have signed up for a week and you decide to stop before your scheduled date of termination, you will be liable for the remaining days worth of meal delivery.
What happens if I sign up but need to stop the service for a period of time due to vacation, etc?
This is not a problem & it is referred to as time stop. Customers can keep their cooler bags for up to 30 days from their last delivery. If you plan a time stop for over thirty days, arrangements can be made to pick up you cooler bag by contacting customer service. Coolers that have not been returned after 30 days will be subject to a $50.00 charge.
What if I live in a building, not a house? How will my meals be delivered?
Your meals are delivered to the corridor door of your condo, apartment or loft. There are three options to access your building:
1st: A key is made for our delivery driver to access the front door of the building.
2nd: There is a 24 hour doorman who will open the door for our delivery driver.
3rd: There is a code to open the front door that does not wake you. (ex.: #1234)
What happens if I lose, or damage the delivery bag?
Because our bags are not regular delivery bags and the cost of each bag is very high, you will be charged $50.00 for any lost or damaged bag.
Where would my nutritional consultations and fitness training take place?
Depending on your location and if you are a member with one of our partner gyms we will arrange the best and most convenient location for you. We can also have our consultants or trainers meet you at your home for your convenience.
Does your weight loss plan follow popular diet plans such as Atkins, South beach, and The Zone?
Our weight loss plan is based on healthy balanced eating. We do believe that all food groups are important & can not be eliminated, not even the fat. What is the key? The key is the right balance of non processed, whole foods.
How long is it safe for my food to be in the bag and at my door?
Our delivery bags are of special material and patented to ensure quality. These bags use the same technology as the bags used for transport of delicate medications. These bags are tested & are efficient up to 12hrs. Furthermore the double zipper opening is also tied together with a security tie once the meals are placed inside. Please refer to our cooling technology for more information.
