This Privacy Policy and Agreement ("Privacy Policy") discloses the privacy practices of the 21st Century food website. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by 21st Century Food Services Inc. online.

Registration & Member Profile.
In order to obtain access to certain products, services, and/or content available on our Website, you must complete a registration form. Our Registration Form and Member Profile pages request that you submit the following information: your name, a selected username and password, email address, mailing address, zip code, phone number, gender, height, weight, age, credit card information (if you are making a purchase of goods or services), desired weight, and other diet, health, or lifestyle-related information to help us design and personalize your nutritional program. We use the Personal Information you provide through registration to recommend and customize meal plans; bill you and conduct other billing and account activity; and respond to any questions that you submit. From time to time we might need to update you about your account, contact you regarding a billing question, notify you about changes to our services, or otherwise send you service-related announcements. For example, if a service to which you have subscribed is temporarily suspended for maintenance; we might send you an email to notify you of the service suspension. Or, we may need to contact you with respect to a billing matter. You will not be able to unsubscribe from these transactional emails. You will be permitted to unsubscribe from all other emails that are not transactional in nature.

In those circumstances, we will use your Personal Information to contact to you. By registering for our services, you consent to 21st Century Food contacting you about your account. Based upon the Personal Information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also call you at the telephone number that you provide in your registration to welcome you to 21st Century Food. From time to time we may call you to check in on your progress and offer non-sales related mentoring assistance. If you do you not wish 21st Century Food to contact you regarding your account or your progress, please do not register on our Website. You are of course free to unsubscribe to any other emails that you receive from us.


Emails & Newsletters
You may register to receive email newsletters and promotions from 21st Century Food by Registering at our website. To receive emails and newsletters from 21st Century Food you must provide your email address. 21st Century Food also offers a "Refer a Friend" feature that enables you to send articles and other content to your friends. Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests, promotions or surveys on or through our Website. If you participate, we will request certain Personal Information from you. Editorial/Interview Requests
A member of the 21st Century Food editorial team may contact members via email, telephone or postal mail for potential interviews and feature stories. Testimonials and Success Stories are effective tools in communicating the impact of personalized meal plans and other programs available from 21st Century Food. Participation in editorial or interview requests is strictly voluntary and you are free to refuse to participate. If you do choose to participate, however, you should be aware that we may use your name, likeness, statements, quotes, and other Personal Information.


3. Non-personally Identifiable Information
You may use our Website without registering or submitting any Personal Information. In that case, the only information we will collect from you is general, aggregated, demographic, or other non-personal information.


Cookies

We use cookies on our Website to determine the number of unique visitors, to personalize your online experience, to identify returning visitors, and to provide you with advertisements and messages of interest to you. 21st Century Food does not store any Personal Information in any cookies on your computer. Also, companies offering products or services through our Website may use their own cookies. This Privacy Policy covers the use and placement of cookies by 21st Century Food only, and does not cover the use or placement of cookies by any third party.

Century Food "Tell a Friend" feature, we do not store your friend's email address. Log Files
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information (which does not identify individual users) to analyze trends, to administer the Website, and to identify and solve hardware and software problems as they arise. B. Children
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. This Website is not designed for, nor is it intended to attract, children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from any person under the age of 18, and if we do inadvertently collect information from a person under the age of 18, we delete it as soon as we discover it.


C. Emails to 21st Century Food
This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you send business information, ideas, concepts or inventions to 21st Century Food by email to the contacts listed on the "Contact Us" link on our Website. If you want to keep business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them in an email to 21st Century Food.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy or as specifically agreed to by you, 21st Century Food will not disclose any Personal Information it gathers from you on our Website without your prior permission. Except as set forth herein, you will have the opportunity to opt-in to 21st Century Food sharing your Personal Information with third parties, and you can withdraw your consent to 21st Century Food sharing your information at any time.

21st Century Food is a contractor and provides co-branded content and services to websites hosted and operated by companies other than 21st Century Food ("Channel Partner Websites"). You can only access these co-branded content and services through the Channel Partner Website, and usually through the diet or health sections of these other websites. Our current Channel Partners include: AOL and MSN, among others. The co-branded 21st Century Food pages that you may access through a Channel Partner Website have different registration processes and opportunities for information collection, and Personal Information that you provide on these pages may be shared with the Channel Partners. Each of these co-branded 21st Century Food websites has its own privacy policy posted on that site, which explains what information is disclosed by and between the hosting parties. If you visit one of these co-branded 21st Century Food websites, please read the privacy policy that is posted on that website, as well as the individual privacy policy of the Channel Partner Website.


F. Other Disclosures
We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, liquidation, merger, or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of 21st Century Food. We will endeavor, in good faith, to gain the third party's agreement and adherence to the terms of this Privacy Policy. CANCELLATION / FINAL SALE
Any sale canceled during the week of said sale is subject to being charged and is in no way to be reimbursed monetarily or with Century Dollar credits. Any sale canceled prior to the week of said sale, will be reimbursed with Century Dollar credits. All sales are final.


BUILDING ACCESS
In cases of multi unit buildings, access must be granted by purchaser to the company by arrangements agreed upon by both parties. In no way is 21ST CENTURY FOOD SERVICES INC. responsible for any damages incurred in or on the building during delivery times, nor theft of purchaser's cooler bag.


BAG DEPOSIT
You undertake the full responsibility and value of the cooler bag(s). If service is terminated for any reason, the cooler bag(s) must be returned to the 21ST CENTURY FOOD SERVICES INC. within 30 days of the date of termination. You agree that 21ST CENTURY FOOD SERVICES INC. reserves the right to charge your credit card $50.00 per bag if the cooler bag(s) have not been returned within the 30 day time period.
